  2. License Grant: Subject to your continuous payment of applicable subscription fees and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use our software products during the subscription period.
  3. License Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, resell, or attempt to extract the source code of the software. Without our prior written consent, you may not transfer, sub-license, or rent your service license to any third party.
  4. Trial and Downgrade Mechanism: For specific products, we may offer limited-time free trials (e.g., Pro version trials). After the trial period expires, if you do not upgrade to a paid subscription, advanced features may be restricted or automatically downgraded to the baseline free version.

2. Account Registration and Security Obligations

  1. When creating an account or binding a system, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account password and any authentication tokens (Token/License Key).
  2. You may not share your exclusive License Key with unauthorized sites or organizations. If the system detects improper multiple-use or malicious connections, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your license without prior notice or refund.

3. Billing, Payment, and Subscription Policy

  1. Subscription Fees: All software rental and subscription fees are subject to the prices listed on our official website or checkout page. Fees will be billed in advance based on your selected billing cycle.
  2. Automatic Renewal: Unless you actively cancel the subscription through the system before the beginning of the next billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew and be charged to avoid service interruption.
  3. Refund Policy: Except as required by mandatory local consumer protection laws, collected software rental fees are generally non-refundable. We recommend using the trial period to ensure the product meets your needs.

4. Service Availability and Modifications

  1. Service Maintenance: We strive to maintain the stable operation of our systems and software, but we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted service. We shall not bear any compensation or liability for service interruptions caused by network anomalies, routine server maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service anomalies.
  2. Product Changes: We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove specific software features from time to time. For major feature changes, we will provide advance notice via website announcements or email.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
